We had a VOIP telephone phone system that was cutting out regularly and we suffered periods of up to 1 week without individual handsets that weren’t working. We decided to switch to Open IP after reviewing the market and we got a simple, straight talking competitive quote. The transition period was smooth, our handsets are great and we have good sound quality. More importantly we haven’t had any issues since moving to Open IP and our bills have also been cut in half!! I highly and happily recommend them.

Can’t take all the credit here, and this is only half the story! The bigger piece of work was the structured cabling behind the scenes – Which I have to say OpenIP Ltd did an amazing job, tracing all of the issues we had and fixing them, they also sorted out the patching of the cab you see! At the end of the job we have a patch cabinet, where we know every cables switch port and corresponding patch port, fully documented and with a certification of work quality giving us a warranty. We will be using these guys again to sort out our warehouse cabling as part of the next phase in our network upgrade project. Thanks to Pete, Mark, Luke and Natalie – A job well done!
