What are your opening times?
The office opening times are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Those customers with support contracts may have differing times.
Can you really save us money?
We try to give all our customers the best options at the best price possible. We don’t try to sell products and services because of the features they have but because of the benefits they give to our customers. We provide solutions to problems in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Are you trained in the latest technologies?
All of our staff are expertly trained and certified in the products that they use. We are accredited with Dell, Mitel, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Ruckus, SpliceCom, Mobotix and other suppliers that we use. We also encourage our staff to stay up to date with the latest trends and technology so that we can advise our customers of any new products that may help their business.
Can you create a bespoke solution?
Our sales staff are expertly trained and can create bespoke solutions for all budgets, different types of organisations and solution requirements. When looking at our customers requirements, we get to know your business before we give numerous options for your needs. We will give cost effective option, a mid range solution and a higher end product.
Do you cover the UK?
Yes. We cover the whole of the UK and we have clients all over the world from Sydney to Sweden. Our engineers travel to sites when required and you can be assured they are highly professional and well trained.
How much is your access charge?
The access charge has been set at 5p per minute when ringing 0845, 0870 and other premium rate numbers. This new rate has been implemented by Ofcom so all providers will now set an access charge.
