To prepare for the Christmas period we ask that you put any requests for phone system changes, such as IVR/Voicemail/opening hours, in before the 23rd December. Unfortunately, any requests made after this date we cannot guarantee will be implemented due to the volume of support requests during that times. 
 
Any changes for the IVR and voicemail need to be sent in with a pre-recorded message. We can also set up a pre-recorded message for you or alternatively you can call our office on 03332407487 wait 5 seconds before speaking, speak as if recording your message, then wait an additional 5 seconds before hanging up. We can then pull this recording and upload it for you.
